Summation: You have files being stored in a location you may not want them to be.

The question as asked is more about Windows usage than Fences.

While I could be mistaken, all your files are being stored 'locally', they are just being sync'd to the cloud as well (hence the green icon).  What is and is not sync'd can be edited by you:
