Background gone when moving the fence window

Hey,
I had this problem in windows 10 i thought it's related to the windows ,

So I update windows to windows 11 and still got the problem,

Fence 4.0.7.2,

Windows 11 Pro , Version: 22H2 , Build: 22621.1105

how i can fix it?

 

Already tried:

1. Run the Purge Reboot and reinstall the latest Fences from your account

2. created a new user as admin and disabling everything but the essential services.

3. i dont use Displayfusion or any monitor software

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know your monitor resolution and scaling factor (100%, 125%, 200%) Also your graphics card information.

Hey, 

My resolution is 2560X1440 and the scaling factor is 100%

and my graphic card: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

i tried to change the graphic card to the CPU graphic and still same error.

You mean install fence on sandbox?

Yes, when you have Microsoft sandbox up and running. Try install Fences in the sandbox without installing anything else. Test it and see if the same issue appear there. If the issue do not reappear, try install your background running software one at a time until you see the issue. Try that and report back.
