I have no install any Stardock Windowblinds and Objectdock just install Stardock Start11.
Great, First, do know I have not see your issue on my system. Refer screenshot below.
to make sure the installation is not the issue, Try this, unstall Start11, reboot immediately, redownload the latest version from your account product page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install that version, reboot again immediately after. Retest it and report back.

I try uninstall also failed "Invalid start mode: archive filename".
Try this: https://forums.stardock.com/505872/start11-support-faq#reinstalling. Don't forget to reboot after the purge and reboot again after the installation. Also not the special steps for Steam install. Try that and report back.
