whatsapp and telegram desktop notifications

hi, after installing start11 trial to try it, I noticed that the whatsapp and telegram desktop notifications on the windows taskbar no longer appear as badges even if they are all active in the notification settings, as soon as I uninstalled start11 the badge notifications on whatsapp reappeared , and after uninstalling and reinstalling telegram these notifications also reappeared, can you solve and fix this bug? otherwise I don't buy it

May I know how your pinned that shortcut to the startpanel? Also does restarting Explorer.exe or rebooting the system resolve the issue?

Certainly:

1) I first opened the menu and then added the program by dragging it from the desktop to the menu;

2) both by restarting explorer and the computer the result does not change, the icon remains white

Try this instead. Right click on the program icons on Windows explorer and use Pinned to Start11 instead. Something like screenshot below.

yes, understood, but opening the following link with the right click there is not pin to Start11, because ...

... opening the properties, there is one external link to the game, see following picture ...

... otherwise I'm forced to pin the executable file directly on Start11 and after starting the game, I have to do 3 steps, patience

 

Obviously in the first case the game starts immediately

Not sure what I am looking at. But, can you make a batch file to open that url and pin the batch file instead.

Batch file contain something like this.

start " " https://xxxxxxxxx
exit

replace the "https://xxxxxxxx" with that url.

yes it works, but the icon problem remains because in the properties of the batch file I can't change the icon and I have to keep the file as it is, I might as well keep the other one

the link to the game with its icon it is okay in windows 10 style menu and works fine, no problem at all as you can see below:

Win7/Modern style don't work the same as Win10 style.

BTW, I tested on my system and I pin a batch file. I can change its icon and it will appear when you restart explorer.exe

OK basj, this time everything works, in the start menu I was able to change the icon of the .bat file, and I find this app on all menu styles, but unfortunately on the desktop the .bat file remains without an icon but that's ok anyway , in case I move it to another folder so it doesn't show
