Registration question

Object Desktop

First off, I am such an advocate of Fences I don't think a single person who I've met who has a cluttered desktop has ever gotten away without my pitch for Fences.

 

Now on to the question.  I renewed my Object Desktop subscription and everything but Fences either has Try or Buy options.  Fences says Open and is installed and fully operational.  So are the packages with Try actually "registered" as part of the renewal or is something not working correctly?  I suspect I'll likely try some of the other applications but Fences was the driving force behind renewing.  I don't spend as much time on my computers since I've been working from behind the keyboard for well over 20 years now, many of those years as a software developer, integrator, project manager, lifecycle systems Engineer so I tend to stay away when not at work.  Fences however is a staple on my personal machines.  I've loved it since it first came out and I became a fan of Stardock back when OS2 Warp was released.

Yeah, I'm old.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not quite sure what your issue really are. You're using/installed Fences 3 or 4? And Have you tried download and install the installer directly from your account product page and see if the same issue appear? And if you click the about page on Fences configuration Windows do you see Manage product key button? If you click that button do you see Update Product key button?
