Files in the fences appear and are clickable through an opened window

Hi! I've been having this problem since I have Fences installed on my computer (2 years). I never understood why it does that. It always happens for no reason: the files in the fences appear through an opened window. I can click on them. This is VERY annoying. For example, I am working on a word file right now and I try to click on the "add a link" button and just can't because when I do, I click on a file instead. Can this be fixed? It happens to all my colleagues too. Thank you!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. May I know more on your issue.

  1. Windows 7,8,10 or 11, and its full version number. Use Winver.exe.
  2. Fences version.
  3. Screen scaling factors. 100%, 150%, 200% etc.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest available version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

The activation key for Fences 3 will not work for Fences 4. If you purchase Fences 4, you will get a new key to activate it.
