Windows Explorers are constantly frozen

Opened Windows Explorers are constantly frozen.  I can't right-click at all.  The only way is to restart Windows Explorers from the Taskbar.  Then, all opened Windows Explorers are gone.

Please give us your OS details, software versions and whether the problem started after the January 2023 patch Tuesday update?

OS: Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22621  / Start11: v. 1.36.  Yes, even after the update.  Thanks.
