Fences 4.0.0.3 works but later versions do not on my Windows 11

I have been using Fences for a long time.  Paid for my upgrade and liked the new Fences 4.  Then there was an upgrade notification.  I upgraded Fences and started having an issue.  It wouldn't load and kept spawning the error below.  I was able to uninstall it and roll back to 4.0.0.3 which has been working.  I just tried again 4.07.02 and I still get the same error.  Downgraded back to 4.0.0.3 just so I can keep using it.

I tried moving my icons to a folder on the desktop.  But, I still get the error.  You should know this is a work computer managed by a domain controller.  Some icons are placed on my desktop through a GPO.  After I moved all of the desktop icons to the folder and rebooted, 3 icons returned on the desktop due to a GPO.  I cannot remove the computer from the GPO creating the desktop icons.  Again, everything works on a previous version of Fences.  Just not the more recent versions.

Okay, than you might need to wait for a future upgrade of Fences when this issue is resolve. For now, if you can, revert back to version that work for you.
