Unable to create fences - no menu

After re-installing Fences 4 I am unable to create a fence:  no menu.

I installed Start 11 and the problem was resolved.  Without Start11 i would still have a problem w/o a solution.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, is the issue resolved or not? If not, please provide more details on your system.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also need to know it full version number. Use Winver.exe to get it.
  2. Do you have Fences listed to start twice in your Taskmanager Startup tab? : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#FencesStartUP
