Folder fences go blank when I use my computer using Remote Desktop

Most of the time, when I use my computer using Remote Desktop, my folder fences go blank. To make them work, I need to restart my computer. I am using Windows 10 Pro, and Fences Ver. 4.0.7.2. Is there a way to restart Fences in such a case, so I do not have to restart my computer?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you tried restart explorer.exe and see if that help? https://www.howtogeek.com/198815/use-this-secret-trick-to-close-and-restart-explorer.exe-in-windows/

Thanks

Yes, I did restart explorer, but the icons in folder fences do not return. Non-folder fences do not show have this problem most of the time. Once or twice non-folder fences also lost their icons.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

If when you are remote in, are you able to create Folder Portals to LOCAL locations and see them, just not existing ones?
