No programs show under all programs

Start 11

I recently deleted open shell and installed Start 11. Under Open Shell I could see a list of all applications. When I switched to Start 11 and click on all programs I get a blank screen. I have purged Start 11 and reinstalled and that didn't help. Occasionally I use the list. Any ideas on how to get it back? Thanks

HI,

Before trying that, I uninstalled Startit and reinstalled Open Shell. All Programs and apps were filled in and visible immediately.

I will try your suggestions.
