Folder Open in New Window

I may just be missing it but is there a setting for when you have a Folder Portal open, and want to open a folder within that portal, to have it open Explorer in a new window rather than drill-down in the portal fence?

Perhaps a little more info like  What program are you referencing? You will get better help if you can provide some more info.

Yes, there is. If you right click the folder portal, and check "Allow navigation", an explorer window will open instead of a new level in the fence. Uncheck that, and you can continue to use the fence to browse folder levels up and down again.
