right clicking should give the possibility to "run as different user" not only "run as administrator". This is often needed in an AD environment.
I enabled "run as different user" via group policy in windows 11 and can see it in "native" windows 11 start menu, but it does not appear in start11 menu.

It was pretty much the only thing keeping me from purchasing Start11 as I use this dozens of times a day for the same reason, I am in an AD environment.
