upgrade from single install to 5 install

I read that but where is the upgrade option for '5 Active installs'?? only available for a single install which I already have so no need to upgrade that one.

When you click on that "upgrade button"

And see enter email address, yes? If you enter your Stardock account linked email address in there and check Eligibility. What do you get?

I guess that is for fences 3 to 4 upgrade No? No where it's written for multiple device support.

So, if you purchase 4 licenses you will only need to pay. 7.99x4=31.96 that is cheaper, no?

I already paid $20 for a single license. so extra $8 x 4 will be = $32 extra.  and it doesn't say it will give me extra device installation. it just said upgrade. 

I think it best for you to raise a support ticket, which should be handle properly personally. Use the link below to raise your question. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

ok thank you. 

I raised a ticket and Support is adamant that there is no upgrade from 1 license to 5 licenses, I would be happy if I got credit for the one license I have purchased already to wards the cost of the 5 license pack.
