Own Start8 and Start10, but do not qualify for upgrade pricing?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Your Start10 is under same email address as your Stardock account? Some user have different email addresses when purchasing products. For example if one purchase via paypal, usually that product be tied to their paypal email address. Please check and try again.

If you still can not get it, raise a support ticket using link below. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
