Option for light background choice Fences 4

Fixed with latest WB11

from Stardock Forums

Ran into a problem with illegible print in the Fences 4 config window. 

I wish the devs could simply add an option for a light background or even a gray background with a black font.

System info...Here's a screenie of the problem...and thanks for your attention.

 

I purged it and reinstalled, tried other skins, all without helping the situation.

Uninstall WB, reboot and install the very latest WB 11 build.

This should fix that.

What can I say? I uninstalled Fences 4, ran the purge .bat, rebooted and reinstalled Fences 4, rebooted...but the *poof* didn't occur. :(

If there are no other ideas, perhaps the light background option (i.e. forcing a white background) might work?

A separate question: Would Fences 3 have this problem with WB11? If not, perhaps the difference is causing the problem?

The issue is caused by the transparent background used in Fences 4 and only on Windows 11 I believe.  WB was interpreting this incorrectly and rendering it black when it should be white.

The issue is in WB hence the WB update needed rather than Fences.  I will get this investigated further to see why it isn't working as expected for you.
