EDIT: well this is a bit embarassing! as of right now it works fine for me.
So maybe this will help you. This is my best guess for the steps that fixed it for me.
1. Go to the Start11 installation folder and run Start10Tweak.exe
2. Uncheck both checkboxes, and Click disable Start10service
3. Restart windows
4. Run Start10tweak again, check the boxes and enable Start10 Service
5. Restart Windows again.
6. Now it works.
Feel free to ignore my thesis below.
"I have a similar problem, I'm on windows 10 version 22h2 using the “Windows 10” style on Start11(right now I'm using the 1.34 beta but the problem occurs on 1.31 as well)
The best way I can describe it is that right clicking in start11 makes the start menu slow-done and then freezes. In my case it only hangs for 1-5 seconds, but its a bit annoying. It's kinda like latency issues.
Another strange thing about the context menu is that it seems that the first "submenu" (e.g. "Color" or "Resize") i hover over, often works fine, popping out instantly, but when I move the cursor to the next submenu, it tends to stall.
I recorded a video, it turned out lower quality than expected but it might work anyway.

I've been trying a long time to troubleshoot, turning different features on and off and so on, but it's still the same.
Thank you very much."
