Start10 - Folder Structure Lost Randomly

Hello,
We recently started experiencing an issue where sometimes on machine restart, the folder structure in Start10 "flattens out", as if everything was in the same directory, like you can see on the images below.
The folder structure resides in a SysVol location that all users have access to via DFS.
We are using Citrix Terminal servers with Start10 v1.97.
Any help is appreciated.
