product key not working

trying to install multiplicity and when i enter the product key and email address it says: "invalid product key was entered."  Tried couple of times but get the same message each time.  Also, used Active with Stardock account and get "Multiplicity is not associated with this account". I tried clicked on the link to send key to email and i get an email with the product key that I have on record and tried to use.  Kind of stuck how do i get my product key to work?

When I went to the link that you provided, it basically did the same thing that I was doing before where I would enter my email address and it would send me the product key.  The one that was emailed to me is the same that I have on record so that should be fine.  Is there anyway to see what email address it is linked to?  I may have used a different one but don't remember as I bought this a while ago?  Any other suggestions?

Hello,
Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
