Start Menu in Windows 11 (Start11)

I have been a user of Start for a very long time, but now with this new version out it appears to work in some parts of the program and not in others, case in point the start menu in windows 11 will not go transparent no matter what you do, emailed support and they just stopped helping me.

If anyone else has this problem and fixed it please reply.

Make sure you have enabled the option in Windows personalization settings to allow transparency effects in the OS.
