Increasing the volume from sending computer

How do I increase the volume from the sending PC, it's volume is set to 100% but can barely be heard on the receiving computer. The receiving computer will drown the sender out.  

Sending PCs are Win 10 and Win 7 
Receiving PC is Win 11
