Can't open Multiplicity settings

I just installed Multiplicity with a fresh install on a new secondary computer.  Both primary and secondary are connected to the same network via ethernet.  I have been using the same primary with multiple secondaries, which are still functioning.  On this new secondary, after installing Multiplicity, I am unable to open the Multiplicity settings.

If I right-click the taskbar icon and select "Configure Multiplicity", I am redirected to this page and the settings window does not open.  I can open the KVM settings, but trying to navigate to Multiplicity settings from there results in the same webpage opening.
