Reinstalling Multiplicity 3 version account, window not popping up to activate

Fresh install on a new machine, trying to use link provided on this forum post https://forums.stardock.com/510351/page/3/#3842229 for install since it solves my issues.

When reinstalling it does not allow me to activate multiplicity using my product key (no box pops up where you can select trial, product key etc) so im not able to activate my program and use my bought key.

When I attempted to change my secondary PC's multiplicity from secondary to primary the activation box popped up and I was able to successfully activate it on the secondary computer, however I'm not able to do the same on the primary computer. (I.E the activate box is not popping up on installation OR switching from sec to pri)

Problem sorted it self out after about 15 fresh installs and restarts.... good to go.
