Windowblinds

I am having problems with how windowblinds 10 & 11 were skinning colors on apps such as Windows Explorer, DOpus Explorer, etc. When you look at these apps on my LG Monitor, the backgrounds are all black so you cannot see any of the file names, etc. If I move the window for the apps over to my BENQ monitor (i have a dual monitor setup), then the backgrounds for these apps display correctly. For example, I just downloaded the Halloween 2022 Windowblinds Skin and on my LG the behavior remains the same (black backgrounds) but when I move it over to my Benq monitor the backgrounds display correctly (i.e. orange color). Any ideas? I tried snipping the image, but the funny thing is when you do that on the LG monitor, the snipped image displays correctly, it doesn't make any sense. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
