KVM Pro (1.x) on XP Activation Failing

So I bought a KVM Pro license today. One of our machines is XP and the current version of multiplicity will not work on XP. The others are Win10 Pro. Therefore we were forced to install an older version (1.x) that does work. However, it won't activate because the older product doesn't match the new lic key I just purchased. And that machine is air-gapped so we have to do the offline activation method which typically works just fine. Thoughts on how to remedy this?
