Start 11 won't open after install nothing happen

tried reinstall

tried purge_starall.bat

tried restart every movement.

the software is the latest version and I just install the windows with nothing else but start 11. start11 is the first software I install.

no protectiong software in my computer and all firewall disabled

software is Install under Admin
