Moving Start to 2/3 right across Taskbar

I use a wide monitor, what is the best workaround to having the start bar about 2/3s or so to the right on the taskbar.....Its a long way to stretch over to the left - Also is it possible to have sector seperators on the taskbar which used to be on an old old Windows version

Edit = Windows 11
