cosmetic and animations request

Hello, 

I was wondering to add the windows open folders animations to the windows 11 start menu.

right now it has the windows 10 animations (with the arrow)  which look pretty ugly compared to the windows 11 ones (which open like they do on a phone,  like a seperate window).

Also i have noticed when opening the start menu , it looks kind of weird,  like the start menu is opening up from the bottom, then the shortcut bar with the power icon opens up in the other direction (downwards)  , so it doesnt seem connected.  

would it also be possible to add a animation speed to the start menu opening ?   I think a bit slower as it is now would look much more stylish.   this looks like 0.5 speed on a android phone compared to 1.0 (if you know what i mean).
