Key not linked to email

Dear, I bought a Fences 4 5-Pack on 22AUG. I received a key to an emailaddress and have an order number, none of which I will publish here. When trying to install a second of the 5 licenses I receive a message that the key is not linked to the emailadres. When I try to have the keys linked to my emailaddres emailed to me, it first recognizes the emailadres, but at the same time says that no keys have been linked to it.

I emailed your sales and it referred me to this forum, which for key/account matters is entirely nonsensical.

Please advise.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not received option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
