Start11 not clickable on Windows 11

Hey guys,

 

this is bothering me since day 1 - 2 updates since - still not repaired. As you can see I can keep clicking like an idiot and the start menu wont open. It doesnt happen all the time (but most of the time - like 6 times out of 10). When I use the windows key it always works. Only the mouse click seems to be the problem and I also noticed that it happens a lot after switching between virtual desktops:

I tried complete reinstall which was a payin since I had to completely adjust all the tiles and it didnt help at all... I am on latest Win 11 stable and on latest Start11... PC is a 12 core Ryzen 9...

 

Please let me know what to do here.... I purchased this software and its been 2 big updates since without repair...

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know your full version numbers for your Windows 11. Use Winver.exe to get that number. And have you try uninstall, immediately reboot and reinstall Start11. Reboot again. Retest it and report back.

Hi,

yes I tried this exact reinstall - I always reboot immediately after uninstall and install. My windows version is:

Win 11 Pro

21H2 build 22000.978

Look like it's a known issue: Referring to this thread: https://forums.stardock.com/514188. Support already responded and it is been look into. Suggested to use Customize button to temporary resolve the issue until a better version release.
