Some software does not get blink or colored in taskbar when there is a new message

For example, I got a new message from Tencent QQ or WeChat, the icon in tray is blink, but not for the item in taskbar. The item looks like others, no blink, no colored, just like there is not new message. ( I didnot click it)
But Telegram Desktop works well.
I have tried Windows original or StartAllBack, for QQ or WeChat, everything works well. The item is blink for a while and colored until I click it.
But Start11 doesnot....
(I didn't give any other examples because I usually only use so few chat apps and have nothing else to test)
Start11 version 1.25, enhanced Taskbar for never combine items.
