Text on 1 screen task bar not the other

I am running Win11 22000-918 and Start11 1.25 
on each screen, the task bars are different 1 shows icon only (which I want), and the other show icons and titles (which I don't want). How do I make them the same?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. You will need to set "taskbar buttons should be combined" to "never" or "sometimes" for both primary and secondary monitor. Refer screenshot below.
