Trouble With Groupy COmmandLine option

I'm trying to  call 
CommandLine="roboform:%22C:%5CUsers%5CMikeG%5CAppData%5CLocal%5CRoboForm%5CProfiles%5CDefault%20Profile%22%20%22/Varicent%20(implementer).rfp%22"

So that it runs the roboform auto login sequence but it just opens a blank web page. Please advise. Also, I've browsed some posts and found the link provided to the wiki documentation but that information I've seen in other places. Is there documentation on how to update/configure the .groupy files?
