Fences 3 to Fences 4 Upgrade issue

This is an FYI post only...problem resolved and how I resolved it.  I will not be monitoring this post for questions or comments.

Under Fences 3, I had three columns of multiple rollup fences, each of which expanded downward leaving the title bar at the top when moused over.

Under Fences 4, the topmost fence of each column, being close to screen edge, was somehow altered by the upgrade to have the title bar at the bottom of a fence that expanded upward instead of downward.  This also forced a relocation of those title bars so that the upward expansion did not extend off screen.

By dragging the three title bars around the screen, I was able, with difficulty, to make Fences 4 decide to return each altered fence back to an expand-down fence.  Then I was able to reposition the title bars back to their pre-upgrade positions.  I say "with difficulty" because it would toggle the title bar repeatedly from top to bottom and back in a rather nonsensical manner.  Note that one such fence was so large that when expanded it would extend all the way to the bottom of the screen.  This one was the hardest to alter.
