Fences not creating fences after instalation

Hi I just bought fences 4 (i previously had ver 3). Im using windows 11. When I try to create a new fence by dragging my mouse, I don't see any option for creating the fence. It seems the software is not working at all.

 

I am missing anything, installation was straught forward and i never had any problem with  ver 3.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know.

  1. Windows 11 full version number. Use Winver.exe to get it.
  2. Please check if Fences is listed twice in Taskmanager Startup tab and Enabled. Refer screenshot below.
