Fences Disappears and Reappears

I purchased Fences 4 for my windows 11 machine.  Got a problem.  The Fences disappear and reappear about 3 seconds later.  It does this regularly and constantly.  It also takes brief control of my cursor so it interrupts my work.   I tried updating my drivers and Windows 11.  No joy.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Fences 4.    Same problem.

If there's a bug fix out there, I'd appreciate somebody pointing me to it.  Thanks.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more details on your system.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? And its full version number. Use Winver.exe to get that number.
  2. Fences 4 version?

Also, please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Thanks.  I will do that get the back to you.   I did notice two peculiarities since I posted.   First, when right clicking the mouse on the desktop, the "small icons" option is no longer there.  Secondly, if I select "medium" icons, Fences disappears and reappears with "classic icons" selected.  Very weird.

I did the purge and reinstall.  No joy.  My Windows version is Windows 11 Pro / Build 21996 / co_release 210529-1541.   ALso, I have the upgrade version to Fences 4.

Look like you on Windows 11 preview/beta release version. Do know that Stardock do not support on these Windows 11 versions.
