Since the upgrade a couple of days ago the horizontal scroll bars are not working. I run Win 11. I did the purge and reinstall and the I have the same problem with newly created fences. The mouse scroll wheel works, just not clicking on the scroll bar or arrows and dragging the scroll bar also does not work.

nope, those work. The horizontal only work with the scroll wheel (which is fine for me - noticed that after I posted), but the horizontal do not work with the pointer and left clicking or dragging. If I drag the scroll bar, it moves, but the fence contents don't and then when I release my mouse button the scroll bar slides right back to its home position at the left. And if I click on the right arrow of the scroll bar, nothing happens. For the vertical each method works. In other programs all works normal.
You are referring to portal fences with view set to "List (large)" yes?

Same here, horizonal scroll bars not working. Also, in list view, vertical scroll bars are missing.
