Start 11 Virtual Mahcine

I have Windows 11 Pro running on Parallels Desktop. 

Installed the Start 11 program, restarted. Everything looked like it installed fine. 
If I go to open Start 11, nothing happens. Reinstalling doesn't work. 

Is there something with virtual machines that it doesn't work?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I have 2 VMware Systems running Start11 on Windows 11 and Windows 10 for test. And it run with no issue on both system. What CPU is your system on?
