Fences won't restore Snapshot

I use a laptop while on the road and connect it to two monitors while in the office.  I have created snapshots for both situations.  9 times out of 10 it will not restore my snapshots.  Sometimes it will for a split second and then it reverts back.  This is the main reason I purchased this software.  How can we fix this?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information please.

  1. You are referring to Fences, yes? So you on Fences 3 or 4? and its full version number please.
  2. You on Windows 7,8,10 or 11? Also need its full version number. Use Winver.exe to get it.
