I'm from Belgrade/Serbia so it should be 11000 but it does not work for some reason.

...is it exactly rendered as you expect? If not, use the one the site says it is and see if that works.

Is there a version of the postal code that has a dash and more numbers? If so use it?
If not, does an adjacent postal code work?
