I am new here and I have some questions they may seems dumb to most of you..

How do I send a message asking people for their themes, I seen some really wicked ones and would like them?

Bruce lee theme and 2 more I really like from Phantom menace

You can click on their name and see if they've posted their email address. Otherwise, you can leave a comment on their screenshot asking what skins they're using. People should list what skins they are using on their screenshots, but sometimes they don't.
