System losses License: to be re-entered every 2-3 weeks

Hello there, 

we have several dozens Multiplicity installed, but one single customer always has to re-enter the license code, it seems to lose the license information. How can I solve this issue? It is on the most actual Multiplicity version.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please refer to this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#keepsaskingactivation. If it still keep happening, please try looking at the system has anti virus/security setup that delete off the license file every few days. Need to white list that folder where the license key reside.
