Fences 3 Configure Fences and Lock Fences options not available

from Stardock Forums

Using Win 11 Pro, Fences 3 Version 3.1.33 along with Start11 Version 1.25

Laptop and Desktop have the same Fences and Start 11 settings selected

I've done the Purge and Reinstall with no luck

 

Issues:

Laptop under more options child window -

Does not have the Configure Fences option

Does not have the Lock Fences option available under View menu. 

 

Desktop under more options child window -

Desktop has the Configure Fences option

Desktop has the Lock Fences option available under View menu.

I decided to upgrade my PCs to Fences 4 and it seems to have fixed the problem. Also, I have the newest version of Fences. 

FYI I installed 4 before deleting 3. I was able to do this as 3 was installed on my Apps drive. Hence pretty much a clean install even though 4 has to install into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\" like Start11. I was happy to see that 4 still collected 3s settings and snapshots. After checking that 4 was a successful install, I deleted 3's files on my Apps drive.
