Taskbar Delay in showing up

Upon waking from sleep mode, my taskbar and start button don't show up and the screens flash every few seconds. Sometimes, after several minutes, the taskbar finally shows up, but other times it never shows up and I have to reboot the computer. Once the taskbar shows up, I can duplicate the problem by toggling off the "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar" setting on the Taskbar menu. After the taskbar shows back up after several minutes of flashing like described above, if I toggle that setting back to on, the taskbar remains visible.

While the taskbar is missing, I cannot access any access any programs other than those that are currently visible on my screens. Another piece of information is that sometimes when the taskbar is gone the bluetooth icon shows up in the system tray, but I cannot access it.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. May we know which version of Windows you on? Win 10 or 11? Also need the full version number please. Use Winver.exe to get those.

Windows 11 Version 22H2 (OS Build 22622.436)

When I leave the Enhace the Taskbar setting off, my taskbar works normally.

Look like you on Windows 11 insider preview version. Do know that Stardock does not support its product on insider/beta version of Windows. Anyway, I have forward your problem to Stardock Support Team for their review. We appreciate your feedback.
