Cannot get Multiplicity to connect to second machine

Hello,

Tried reinstalling.  Assured I have the same versions on each PC.  I continually get the same error when trying to connect my two computers.  "Please check the firewall settings on the secondary (should not be set to public / guest) the computer name, and the IP address."

I've tried following instructions on how to fix this... and believe it is setup appropriately.  I have this issue on both computers that I'm attempting to connect too.  Additional suggestions would be appreciated
