Start11 won't let me install

My email has been validated, but it says not.

So I got my email validated after many tries - I can reach support now!  But I cannot install Start11, as it says my email isn't validated.

I have rebooted my computer since I got validated, then restarted trying to install your Start11, but it still says I am not validated.

 

Last try. I'm not paying you anything if I cannot install it.

If you can't get to activate, what is the error that popup when you try to activate?
