Pop-up screen for installing other software does not stay on my screen

Hello,

Since the installation of Start11 I have sometimes trouble with installing new software (versions). After I started an installation of the software a window pop-ups asking if I agree to the terms of use. On the task bar a icon appears. When I put my cursor on that icon the window will open on my screen. At the moment I move my cursor to the opened window it disappears :-(.

What must I do to solve this?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on this.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also need to know your version numbers please. Use Winver.exe to get those.
  2. Can you post a video of this issue happening so we can understand it better.

Hello Basj,

I am using Windows 10.

Yesterday I had to perform another software update. This went without any problems. Immediately after that I installed the software update where the pop-up screen did not remain on the display and was able to install without any problems. The next question is: does it only happen when installing this software (PDF Creator)  and the answer is no. It also happens with other software updates. Next time I'll make a video recording and post it.
