roll up fences "unroll" behind other windows

Possible to make fences unroll on top of other windows?

I have been using Fences since Fences1, but only just now tried using roll up Fences.  I organized my rolled up fences across the top of my screen, but if I have any windows open on screen, I can't see my fences when I "unroll" them because they unroll behind any other windows I have open.  Is there a way to have them unroll on top of other windows?   If not, there needs to be...

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, have you tried Fences 4? It have a function to open Fences infront of open windows.
