Cannot fine install file

Every time I try to download start 11 it comes up with the following error, cannot find the install file. Please close and reopen object desktop and try again. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but yet I still get the same thing happening. I really would like to get started 11 on this new computer that I have. Any ideas?
