Taskbar Icon Spacing change after Update

I'm a little annoyed, I just updated to start11 1.25, and now the icon spacing on the taskbar is very clustered, and doesn't look very good. Not technically a bug report I guess because this was an intentional change, but I want to have my spacing back. I'm just not sure why this change was implemented in the first place. https://speedtest.vet/

What size taskbar do you have set?

There was a change for small taskbar mode because it was incorrectly padding things out much more than intended.

A screenshot of what you are seeing might be rather helpful.
